The unique G.C.G.R.S.modular design continues to evolve. The original hexagonal module has been "re-invented" into pentagon and rectangular shapes. All three module designs share the same 47 1/4" length. The two new designs allow members with smaller transportation to continue to participate. By maintaining the consistent length we have ensured that all modules will fit. The unique hexagonal design allows the same shape to become a curved, straight or turnout design with a generous amount of space for scenery. The pentagon design allow the same track options but sacrifices some scenery area for easier portability. The rectangular design is limited to straight or yard designs. All designs use standard LGB 1600 radius curves and switches.
