This year’s tour was marked by lighter than usual attendance, probably somewhat due to the hot and very humid weather. Unfortunately, the weekend before and after was quite beautiful and our tour weekend was beset by inhospitable weather including rain in the afternoon on Sunday.
Next year’s tour hopes to remedy at least the weather by moving the tour into September. Next year our tour will be
September 12-13th
We also hope to improve attendance by using Social Media more to our advantage as well as contacting the TV Media and contacting other railroad, gardening, and pond clubs.
